ЛЕТОПИСЬ Ш.-Н. ХОБИТУЕВА КАК ПАМЯТНИК ПИСЬМЕННОЙ КУЛЬТУРЫ БУРЯТ

Статья посвящена рассмотрению памятника письменной культуры бурят XIX в. – летописи Ш.-Н. Хобитуева (1887), написанной на старомонгольской графике. В данной хронике представлена история хоринских бурят с древнейших времен до 1887 г. Существует более 30 рукописных списков этой летописи. Структура текста летописи логична и последовательна. Тематика текста многопланова и содержательна. Традиция бурятского летописания продолжалась и в начале XX в. Имеются продолжения летописи Ш.-Н. Хобитуева, написанные разными авторами.

THE BURYAT ANNALS BY SH.-N. KHOBITUEV AS A MONUMENT OF THE WRITTEN CULTURE OF THE BURYATS

The article is devoted to consideration of the monument of the written culture of the Buryats of the XIX century – the chronicle written by Sh.-N. Khobituev (1887) in the Old Mongolian Script. This Annals presents the history of the Khori Buryats from the earliest times to 1887. There are more than 30 handwritten variations of this chronicle. The structure of the text of the chronicle is logical and consistent. The subject of the text is multifaceted and meaningful. The tradition of the Buryat chronicle continued in the beginning of the 20th century. There are continuations of the chronicle of Sh.-N. Khobituev, written by different authors.
