О НЕИЗДАННОМ ТРУДЕ Г.Н. РУМЯНЦЕВА «ОЧЕРКИ ПО ИСТОРИИ ОСНОВАНИЯ Г. УЛАН-УДЭ»

В статье рассматривается неопубликованная рукопись ученого-востоковеда Г. Н. Румянцева. Это небольшой исторический очерк по истории основания г. Улан-Удэ, приуроченный к 300-летнему юбилею города. Автор дает общую историческую картину времени, когда было основано Удинское зимовье. Рукопись содержит информацию о политическом положении в регионе, составе населения, общие зарисовки по быту и устройству города. Ввод в научный оборот нового источника по истории г. Улан-Удэ важно и актуально не только для исторических, социологических исследований, но также в свете развития туризма в байкальском регионе.

G.N. RUMYANTSEV’S UNPUBLISHED WORK «ESSAYS ON THE HISTORY OF THE FOUNDATION OF THE CITY OF ULAN-UDE»

In the article an unpublished manuscript of the orientalist G. N. Rumyantsev is considered. This is a brief historical essay about the history of the foundation of Ulan-Ude, dedicated to the 300th anniversary of the city. The author analyzes the general historical background of the time when the Udiskoe zimovie was founded. The manuscript contains information about the political situation in the region, its population, general picture of the everyday life and the administrative structure of the city. Introducing a new source on the history of the city of Ulan-Ude into scientific turnover is important and actual not only for historical, sociological research, but also for the development of tourism in the Baikal region.
