В статье описываются формы сакрального правосудия, определяемые как культурно-исторические феномены обычного права бурятского общества. Установлено, что в правовой культуре бурят различаются шаманские, административно-должностные, очистительные клятвы, а также присяга на верность и клятва на подданство. Выявлено, что клятва и присяга были тесно связаны с представлениями бурят о потустороннем мире и культом предков.

THE OATH RITUALS OF THE BURYATS

The article describes the forms of sacred justice, defined as cultural and historical phenomena of the customary law of the Buryat archaic society. It is established that in the legal culture of the Buryats there are shamanistic, administrative-official, purifying vows, as well as an oath of allegiance and an oath of allegiance. It was revealed that the oath was closely related to the representations of the Buryats about the other world and the cult of ancestors.
