Актуальность проводимого исследования обусловлена растущей сложностью и остротой социальных проблем
инвалидов в современном обществе. В условиях трансформации социальных систем, связанных с обеспечением достойных условий жизнедеятельности лиц с ограниченными возможностями, становится актуальным поиск способов решения проблем, повышающих уровень и качество жизни людей с ограниченными возможностями. В статье представлен анализ структуры доходов инвалидов по данным государственной статистики, включая трудовые и нетрудовые источники денежных средств. Рассматривается соотношение источников дохода в зависимости от группы инвалидности. Выявлено, что основной доход инвалидов формируется за счет государственных социальных выплат. Установлена невысокая доля денежных трудовых доходов инвалидов. Обоснована необходимости разработки эффективных механизмов социальной защиты лиц с ограниченными возможностями.

THE LEVEL OF LIFE AND SOCIAL PROTECTION OF PERSONS WITH LIMITED OPPORTUNITIES

The relevance of the study is due to the growing complexity and severity of the social problems of people with disabilities in modern society. In the context of the transformation of social systems related to the provision of decent living conditions for people with disabilities, it becomes urgent to find ways to solve problems that raise the level and quality of life of people with disabilities. The article presents an analysis of the structure of incomes of disabled people according to state statistics, including labor and non-labor sources of cash. The ratio of income sources depending on the disability group is considered. It was revealed that the main income of disabled people is formed at the expense of state social payments. A low share of the cash earnings of disabled people is established. The necessity of developing effective mechanisms for the social protection of persons with disabilities is substantiated.
